For motorcycle owners & riders across Malawi
The Smart Mobility User App gives ROSAF members full control over their vehicles, service bookings, membership, and AI-powered advice β all from their phone or browser.
New users register by entering their full name, email address and password. Once registered they are automatically onboarded as ROSAF members and can immediately access all app features.
The main dashboard gives members an instant overview of their registered vehicles, active and pending service appointments, and quick-access buttons. An emergency assistance banner is always visible for rapid roadside help.
Members register their motorcycles here. Each vehicle goes through an admin approval process before it can be used to book services. Rejected vehicles show the reason, approved ones display a green badge.
A guided multi-step booking form lets members choose their vehicle, select a nearby service centre, pick services with live pricing, choose a date and time, and select a payment method including Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba.
A full history of all past and current service bookings with real-time status updates. Completed bookings include a one-click PDF invoice download directly from this screen.
For urgent roadside situations, members can submit an emergency service request directly to the nearest workshop, with priority flagging and GPS location description. Emergency contacts are always shown at the top.
Members view their current ROSAF membership plan (Basic, Standard, Gold, VIP), their unique NFC card number, and the expiry date. Upgrading or switching plans is done with a single click.
An AI-powered chatbot trained on vehicle maintenance and road safety topics. Members can ask questions about repair costs, service intervals, inspection requirements or general advice in plain language.

For ROSAF staff managing the entire platform
The Admin Panel gives ROSAF staff complete oversight and control of the Smart Mobility platform β approving vehicles and appointments, managing workshops, and keeping the member and workshop network running smoothly.
A high-level platform overview showing total appointments, pending reviews, vehicle registrations and active service centres. Quick-navigation cards allow admins to jump directly to any management area.
All service appointment requests from members flow into this queue. Admins can review details, approve or reject each request, and add notes. Emergency requests are highlighted at the top with a red banner.
Vehicle registration submissions from members are reviewed here. Admins can approve a vehicle or reject it with a written reason that is shown back to the member in their app.
The complete network of registered workshops is managed here. Admins activate or deactivate workshops, view their district location, services offered, and contact details.
For service centre owners & managers
The Workshop Portal gives ROSAF-approved service centres a dedicated management interface to receive appointment requests, manage active jobs, generate branded invoices, view ratings, and update their profile.
New workshops join the ROSAF network through a 3-step registration wizard covering workshop details, location (district and city), and services offered. The application is reviewed and activated by a ROSAF admin.
The workshop dashboard shows real-time KPIs: pending requests, active jobs, completed services and total revenue in MWK. Emergency appointment requests trigger a flashing red alert banner at the top of the screen.
Incoming appointment requests are listed with full member and vehicle details. Workshop staff can accept or decline requests, start work on approved jobs, and complete them with a final cost entry.
Upon completing a job, the workshop generates a branded PDF invoice with one click. The invoice can be downloaded or emailed directly to the member from within the dashboard.
After each completed service, members can leave a star rating and written review. The workshop sees an average score, rating distribution, and all individual reviews organised by service type.
Workshops can update their contact information, operating hours, district/city location and the list of services they offer. Changes are saved instantly and reflected to members searching for centres.
Bookings, memberships and emergency calls need your own account.
